After being diagnosed with multiple chronic conditions at 23, being prescribed a cocktail of pain management medications and being advised not to worry about the root cause…our founder was left infuriated. Being a healer, something deep down said there must be a better way and there the journey started.
Fast forward ten years and we’re here; dedicated to curating a collection that serves you and your highest self.

Our Mission
At Building Happiness we understand that choosing happiness isn't easy. There are varying forces at work (trauma, our jobs, our family, and let's not even start on the energetic forces) constantly keeping us irritated, flat and sick, which in turn leaves us forgetting how in control we actually are of this life and our health. Here, where we embark on a journey of spiritual awakening and self-discovery. We believe in the power of healing and the innate ability of every individual to be a healer. Our energy-infused products are designed to align chakras and elevate the spirit, promoting holistic wellness and inner harmony.
